I understand that approx 20% of your customers are workers or self-funded retirees ( not pensioners).
If this is so, then they will be most unhappy with your recent decision to not trade on Saturdays, thus forcing them to take time off work.
The natural result will be that they simply go elsewhere.
What business can afford to risk 20% of their client base?
Then, of course, there are the other 80%, who, like me, will sometimes have an emergency on a Saturday.

Went in for a hearing test today- can I just say that the reviews below don’t do the team justice. My audiologist Kieren was super helpful and took the time to make sure I had everything I needed, literally went above and beyond in every aspect of the service. This also goes for the receptionist Kiera- who from start to finish, was punctual, professional and super friendly. Thanks to the amazing team at Australia Hearing Aspley, hopefully I won’t be back but if I do need an audiology provider in the future I will definitely be booking with your team again.

The staff here are exceptionally rude, especially the lady who greeted me (if you call it that!). I have never encountered someone so abrupt and disgruntled about everything as this lady. Based on my experience with her and her alone, I highly recommend you go elsewhere and find someone who is not a bully and would be happy to help.

Went here to get a hearing test and the receptionist told me to get a letter from my doctor? Heavens knows why, she couldn't be bothered making an appointment.
