Thank you for the help today when we were needing a script filled for something that currently has been in high demand and isn't gonna be back for about a year.
Pharmacist went above and beyond to help by talking to my doctor about an alternative. so the right script could be sent there and then.
Amazing customer service and still managed to work everything out in a timely manner.

After going to many pharmacy stores in Toowoomba to get my script filled and being informed that the product was no longer available I tried Healthy world pharmacy. I've had a very annoyingly itchy rash that drove me insane. I went into Healthyworld pharmacy & the chemist there who, since found out his name is Moe, gave me 2 creams that weren't expensive at all. I am so happy they worked perfectly. So big thanks to Moe! He is truly amazing at skin rash diagnosis as to know what works. Shirley was also very helpful, unlike some other pharmacies I've gone to.

Close to closing time and the attitude starts. Stood literally close to assistant at desk for 5 mins waiting for her to acknowledge me at least, i was just ignored until i said "can you see im here" but she didn't like that and rudely said " i cant serve otc medications" left standing only me and another customer being served already by the one server who was authorised to sell otc ( over the counter) medicine. Was the rudest experience i have had there or any other store in a long time made me feel like a worthless piece of nothing. Supposed luckiest country in the world minimum pay wage and lucky to have a job and thays their attitude. Will never go back, dont go there, especially 30 mins before close they dont like you and will pull the shutters down on your feet.

Im an exhausted mum carrying my baby to just about every store in riverlink to find a baby clip. I just thought Id go to the front and ask if they had it coz my arms were already getting so tired. Her answer: oh you could go look in the baby section". K. Thanks for your "help". I hate customer service these days, just so lazy. I'll stick to getting what I need online thanks. Only giving 3 stars instead of 1 because the pharmacist who works here is a bloody legend. The other blond staff member? Not so much.
