Today I needed some advice for an allergic reaction and was greeted and looked after initially by Maria (intern pharmacist). Maria was very informative and also consulted the pharmacist on duty Shaz. I have previously worked in the pharmaceutical industry for a number of years and can honestly say I was impressed at the professionalism and care that I was given. In fact I have never seen such thorough care and consideration for a long time as I experienced with Maria and Shaz. Thank you.

Shaz and the two other employees I engaged with last night, including Gerry, was incredibly patient and informative. They identified that I was in the middle of a treatment that is actually countering what is supposed to help my skin condition. I knew something wasn't right, and they're the first to actually care about trying new methods. Thank you so much for your help 🙂

team members Shirin deserves a pay raise, she was super helpful, she helped my mum with her medication, explained the situation to the doctors so my mum can have enough medication for when she travels overall great place with great customer service 😊

Superb customer service! The pharmacist in this establishment served as a witness to me and my husband as we signed our son's passport application in his presence. He was so patient as we explained what we needed him to do. A good listener. Not to mention, very professional. We regularly buy our scripts in this chemist but he gave us enough reason to continuously purchase our meds from them. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Sir!

What lovely people and caring service. Thank you Shaz. I had just had my ears pieced at another shop in the centre and as I walked away I realised I had blood running down my neck and it wouldn’t stop. In desperation I went to this chemist and I received such lovely care by Shaz who sat me down and helped me stop the bleeding. You know, it’s a chemist shop, I wasn’t expecting to meet such a caring soul. Thank you ☺️

I really wanted to give zero, if there could be any option. Can tell you why.
I was purchasing lip colors and i chose one for me, there was no tester for the same, so i opened and showed to my aunt. Because i was going to buy the same one.
Staff named Roz or Rosie. she shout from the other end of the shop and said ‘why i am opening it’
i told her that it’s in my bucket i am going to buy it and she again shout ‘are you sure’. Was she serious? This is how staff doubt their customers.
This made me soo embarrassed. it seemed that i stole bunch of lip colors and hide it in my bag. Everyone was looking at me.

Not saying that she shouldn’t have asked that why i am opening the lipstick. but she has no right to insult me without knowing the reason.
Zero professional communication skills. She must have asked me politely before showing her bossy attitude and rudeness.
