Was spoken to abruptly in first consultation over the phone. Being a patient person I ignored this. Went on to have the specialist appointment- all good. Specialist requested I have the test and Gerard said he’d organise it with the Hervey Bay office where I was closest to at that time. (I travel fulltime atm and explained this to Gerard). Two weeks went past - nothing. I had moved on the Brisbane but rang the Hervey Office who said they had heard nothing from the Bundaberg office. I asked to have the test in Brisbane but apparently there are no clinics in Brisbane were I could pick up the equipment for the test. I rang the Bundaberg office back three times to try and arrange something but no answer. So I text the number (which is a mobile) for them to contact me regarding my test - I message on the 12th June …it is not 08 Jul 24 and still no reply. I’m going to my GP for a new referral for a more competent Sleep Management Organisation.

Response to owners response: oh I had the correct phone number alright. I checked and double checked . The Hervey Bay office said you had agents in Brisbane but was not keen to refer me to them. Anyway, regardless I spoke to my GP who told me I deserve better treatment being DVA Gold Card and wants me to have a proper in hospital test. Thank you.

Disorganised, rude, rushed. Did Not call back when they said they would. Made a lot of fuss about the specialist being independent of the business. This made me think that maybe there are links. The proprietor shouted at me because I asked if there were any alternatives to c-pak. The whole experience was appalling. If he is not scamming, then why does he need to be so defensive? Something is not right here!

Wouldnt recommend contact with reception staff very RUDE and arrogant obviously dont need customers. If thats how they speak and treat you on their first point of contact no thanks
