The HealthX team is so professional and amazing. They regularly check-in with their staff to ensure everything is going alright, and want to know everything is going alright where you are placed. They negotiate great contracts and ensure their nursing staff are up to date with all their mandatory checks to ensure total compliance. I have been well looked after by HealthX over the last year and a half. The hotels selected were in my view great. And the travel bookings all went very smoothly. My communications by phone were all well taken care of by the wonderful staff on the other end. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. 5 stars for HealthX. I've been with HealthX for about a year. It has been a fantastic adventure as well as a tough experience thus far. I was able to travel around Australia while aiding and supporting aged care institutions affected by the Covid-19 epidemic. It is an extremely rewarding and fulfilling career. I get to meet people with a wide range of knowledge, wisdom, and experience, and I've learned a lot from them. Most importantly, the HealthX Covid-19 support team has always been there to support and assist me in any way they could, regardless of my circumstances.
