I’ve been having sessions with Cameron for about 5 months now whilst managing a long term low back injury and could not be more pleased.
Cameron is super knowledgeable, coming from a sports background himself, and consistently reviews my program to ensure we’re making meaningful progress towards a full recovery.
After almost 2 years of improper treatment from other providers, which made my injury worse, it’s great to know I can trust his advice and even better to be seeing actual results. Highly recommended!

Have just finished 6 sessions with Patrick following a knee replacement. Patrick showed his knowledge and experience in rehabilitation methods that were required with a good program covering a variety of exercises to help my recovery. Hi, I am a 70 year old lady who commenced Hydrotherapy with Healthstin early September this year.
An Exercise Physiologist designed an exercise plan suited to my personal health issues. All the Exercise Physiologists that I have met are patient & helpful.
I have definitely noticed an improvement in my strength & overall health & absolutely look forward to my weekly sessions.

My physiologist is helping me accomplish the ability to climb the most difficult mountain terrain know to man. Anni is like the sister I should have had. Why? Anni does not judge me, rather the moment she walks thru the door I am waiting for my day/week to start with the ray of sunshine she brings not just to my home but to my heart and to my pet cat Shadow. But that's the moment too when my feet start twirling in circles. Now in November 2022 after 2 years of working with Anni every day I am surprised at the progress I have made like this week I started to feel the muscles in my right thigh which is amazing since I shut my body down deliberately as a means of protection. Any way I know that inside my body I am finally able to smile even if on the outside I am still crying. So thanks go to first off the Government for the provision of the NDIS organisation who have opened the door to recovery and the many Healthcare services that are accessible as a result. But my real strength and support comes from up above yes from my FATHER and FRIEND JEHOVAH GOD with out HIS guidance and strength and loving support I would not exist today. So thankyou to everyone for caring about this person who has been so very much abused and mistreated and misunderstood.
Thankyou to everyone especially my brother Angus whose consistency of love and caring even when at times his own health needs are put aside thankyou my beautiful kind and generous brother Angus.

I can’t recommend HealthStin team highly enough. They are very caring and amazing people. I have tried different physiotherapists in south Sydney area and this is by far the best one.

The facilities in Bexley are also very good. A nice, big gym and also indoor/outdoor pools.
