I find the positive reviews for this medical centre mind blowing and definitely paid for. I have visited this centre about 5 times in 2024 and each time I have waited upwards of 3.5 hours to be seen AFTER my scheduled appointment. Finally, once being seen, my concerns or needs are laughed off/ dismissed or they try to see you and get you out as quickly as possible. Once, I had my blood test results visible on the GPs screen with multiple red results, which indicated reasons why I was visiting the GP in the first place, and all I got told was “everything came back fine”. This happened multiple times. I was actually able to use ChatGPT to analyse my results and give me proper information. What a sad world we live in now in Australia when AI is better than our own doctors.

Dr Jamak is my favourite. She's so lovely and she listens to what I have to say. It's so nice to have a GP that also feels like a friend.
The reception team also deserve praise for always being so accommodating and giving a great first impression when you walk into the centre.
The nurse and Rowena the pathologist are also so very lovely people. I go out of my way to make sure I come to this medical centre.

Appointments get set but in reality it doesn't matter because they also take walk ins so a patient with an appointment literally stills sits there waiting for well over an hour or two. Doctors calling a patients name is ridiculous I not only have experienced this first hand but noticed doctors calling out a name either wrong, once or not at all then proceed with the cattle run of patients. It's getting ridiculous here, to the point where I'm afraid the healthcare is getting worse like in other countries.

Left work early to see a doctor to get a script repeat (one that I have been receiving since 2020- honestly not much to it) arrived at 345 and was told that doctors had reached capacity and were not seeing any more patients. I questioned the time as the waiting room was empty and was told again that they were at capacity and to come back at 6. I advised I was simply after a repeat script and is there any way I could have a phone appointment to which they replied no. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and saw 3 people come in with appointments- multiple doctors on. At 430 some doctors started leaving for the day- leaving one available from what I could tell. People started to arrive for the after hours doctor at 545 so I asked if I was able to put my name down as I had been waiting since 345pm. I was told not until 6pm. I find it really hard to get my head around doctors being at capacity with 3 appointments and more than one doctor on. Being a medical centre I could even understand taking no more walk ins from 5pm if they were busy and had a waiting room full of staff. But they did not. When I eventually seen the doctor at 6pm- u was in and out in 3 mins. I asked for a repeat prescription (I usually get 5 at a time to avoid coming here so often) and the doctor told me that the after hours doctors CANT OFFER REPEAT SCRIPTS. I have been given them previously by the after hours doctors on at least 3 occasions. I am a busy business owner and closed my business early to come and get a simple repeat script that I have been receiving at this doctor for years. I will be making a formal complaint because it is completely unacceptable

Dr Akila is very good and thorough. Only problem with this practice is that when you make an appointment via the HotDoc app you still have to wait over an hour to see the doctor. In reality there is no point in making an appointment if anyone can walk in off the street and get in before you even though you have made an appointment. My health is just as important as anybody else's and if I make an appointment I shouldn't have to wait too lomg after my appointment time to see the doctor.

I can’t recommend Dr. Jamak Mansouri highly enough. My mum has been a patient for several years, and Dr. Mansouri’s kindness, warmth, and empathy truly set her apart. She consistently makes my mum feel comfortable and cared for, creating a welcoming environment that alleviates any anxiety about appointments.

What stands out the most is her genuine compassion. It’s clear that she treats her patients like family, going above and beyond to ensure they receive the best care possible. We’ve always felt supported, whether during routine visits or more serious concerns.

In a world where medical professionals can sometimes seem rushed, Dr. Mansouri always takes the time to connect. We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care she provides and feel fortunate to have her as part of our lives. If you’re looking for a doctor who combines professionalism with heartfelt compassion, Dr. Jamak Mansouri is the one.

Dr jamak was very rude just rushed me out. I only came back because last time i had a great experience with doctor sujatha.
Warning long wait times even with appointment booked can wait 2 hours after appointment.

Went here today to see a doctor, girl at the counter tells me I had to down load an app and book in to see a doctor (even though I’ve been there before) asked is they did the medical right to drive certificate for the services NSW, they told me yes no problem at the desk, so I persisted and downloaded the app and went through all the question that that should of had on file from previous visits. 20 mins of app downloading and filling in info, I’m told the doctor in room 16 is ready to see me. I go to room 16 and knock on the partial open door and walk in, well……. I find some Muzzie praying to Allah with his eyes closed, ignores me and I walk out and sit back down outside. 10 minutes later he calls my name and I enter the room, he asked what I’m there for and I tell him, he then tells me that he can’t do it and I need to see my usual GP (who’s on holidays) and I walk out with out anything, so just letting everyone know, don’t bother going unless you are non Caucasian and just want a dodgy script for endone
