A disgusting organisation. My son was resident at their Stepping Stones facility for 3 years. Everything that could go wrong did. Their support workers are poorly trained. Their manager was outright rude to external staff. We can't begin to count the clothing items destroyed by their constant failure to follow washing instructions. Dinner was prepared for 5:00 serving, regardless of individual preferences. With COVID, they massively misapplied the stay at home rules to justify locking residents in and locking independent supports out, which required successful intervention from the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. A good set of chef knives disappeared from safe storage in the office, and they deny responsibility. They have no client accessible problem reporting or management, and no register of client belongings. It says a lot that the last quality manager lasted about a year, and he was the only helpful person I found in the entire management structure. Do not put your loved person in this horrible place.
