Dr bartosh one of the most great gp in Sydney. She is part of our family since 2012. My family is not local any more but wherever we go we will not miss her. She is wonderful.

I called to ask a question and unfortunately receptionist was very rude and even she didn’t want to listen what I was saying. Doctors are very nice and respectful. But thumbs down for reception department .neede more training and patience to deal with patients.

Front staff are so rude not polite and can’t handle or accept the mistakes which they have done. Actually my appointment was 12pm and i reached around 11.45 and I did let the one of the lady (who was with glass)
And she said have a seat all doctors will call you soon and I waited almost 2 hours and I went to the receptionist and say how many patients left before me the she said what’s your name and when I said My name she said why don’t tell us and I said I told you 2 hour earlier then she said( the lady with short hair) no no no so rudely then another lady went to the doctor’s room where doctor didn’t have any patient to check and both lady were doing gossip and laughing which was not good customer service I guess.but doctors apologized he treated me so nicely which means a lot to me

Felicity the receptionist from the office is absolutely useless. I have asked the receptionist to send me the test result and also asked her to talk to DR Madhuri Debi to send the result to my new doctor or email it to me. They refuse to send it to me because the doctor said i need to see her and discuss the result that we have already discussed previously. I think the doctor try to charge medicare for no reason and also charge me for this. This is something illegal. Never ever go to this doctor and office anymore.

The Doctors are really good, helpful and very nice but the 2 of the lady working at the front desk are so rude. What a pity...

I have been with this practice for few years and although I like the Dr. I visit, the admin processes at reception require improvements: double bookings lead to patient waiting for 40-60 mins for their appointment, very cold and transactional service from receptionist, that makes you feel you owe her money or her time. I hope the owner of the business takes into considerations feedback from the customers and plans improvement measures.
