I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at the reception of this GP practice.
The staff at reception are rude and careless. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the practice. Patients deserve respectful and efficient service, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues with their reception staff.

The phone consultation system was not efficient enough, as my booking time said in the morning but I expected nothing. I called the clinic they told me the phone consultations only get called during lunch time. And they suggested me had to let them know this is my first time calling because the most patients knew this rule? How would I know if you never told me? How would you expect me knowing this to happen? I cant understand the logic. The receptionist was rude to say this

Reception attitude was horrible, 10:30am appointments, wait until 12 still didn’t see doctor, booking system is try to make maximum profits but not care about patients feeling . For example doc booking is ever 15min , but actually consulting time is 45-60min . So not recommended. Also for old age patients ,reception is very rude and inpatient. No respect at all . If the patient can speak English please do not come this medical center , go somewhere else . Nor worse it , for those who need Chinese speak, you have no choose , please be aware at lease 1 hour wait even you have appointments.

This clinic requires all patients to wear masks, but does not provide masks. Masks downstairs are $1 each. Is this the Chinese mask economy still extending to Australia? If the clinic requires masks, they should provide free masks instead of asking patients to go downstairs to buy them. Because my doctor here, I have to come here. So horrible management of this clinic!!!!

I see Dr. Steven Howe. Steven has been my primary care GP since 1990! He always provides a VERY high level of medical knowledge in comparison to others (having some knowledge of Medicine myself). In addition he's not afraid to get his 'hands dirty' (literally) with minor surgical procedures.
I highly recommend Dr. Howe.
The medical centre is ALWAYS very busy! IF YOU DON'T MAKE AN APPOINTMENT YOU WILL WAIT AND WAIT....well...that's your own fault...lol.
FULL facilities at this medical centre in every respect.

I went in this Healthpac to get vaccines for my nursing placement. In my second visit, as per the doctor's suggestion and call in previous visit, I was outside the waiting room, my husband was infront in the reception, giving details about the insurance card and other things.
Later Dr. Stephen Howe came out and ask if I was there waiting for him, I said yes. He said have you got any appointments I said my husband in front giving the details. But suddenly, he become very rude and bomb is head on the wall 3 times and said how can you come without appointment, but we were there as the time mentioned by him in first visit and my husband was already in reception giving the details. Later, he was very rude with his voice, his voice was really loud in front of the other patients. Personally, I felt really embarrassed infront of them. After, I went inside to get my vaccination, he was really rough while giving the vaccine it was hurting me so bad but sit there patiently. Since I had my first vaccine with the same Dr. I did not felt that much pain and he was very gentle. But this time it was terrible and he did not even put tape on vaccinated area, stating its not bleeding but I was actually bleeding. I personally had very bad and disgusting experience, I did mistake in some part unknowingly, but I was not sure that I am worthy of this disgusting behavior. He was really rude with my husband, treating me so differently than any other patients. I would like to give zero review for this horrible service.

This is the worst medical Centre where I have been; the doctor was in a hurry all the time; my appointment was in 5 min, the doctor was rude and only sent to me an X-ray and now if I want to get the results I must to pay another appointment.

They have the rudest receptionist and GP.
I was asked to provide my Medicare card to confirm my appointment, the receptionist thinks I haven't visited for more than 2 years which I disagree. So he read out my name, DOB and address through microphone!!!!! I asked him why the hell is he reading out my privacy to the other 20 patients sitting in the waiting room? He didn't apologize. The other receptionist just came over and said to him that the microphone should be closed while reading out these kind of information. I ended up walking out without getting any apology.
During Covid, I brought my son to see one of the GPs. From the second we sat down, he told us he needed to do an urgent operation to patient so he wanted to finish the appointment in 1 minute. So we waited for an hour just to say hi? I don't think so. I told him I'm not going anywhere before the 15 minute appointment finishes. He then realised I'm not that kind of person he can easily get rid of. So we sat there for 15 minute. I didn't see him rushing out of the door to do the so-called urgent operation. Shame on him.
