Staff are so friendly and helpful. Dr Marie Esguerra is truly amazing. I’m so glad that I made the switch from my previous practice to see her. My complicated medical history and my medications were all being used as an experiment at my previous practice but Dr Marie has made significant changes to my medication over time and I can’t fault her and am so grateful to have been recommended to her by my sister in law.

Reception won't answer the phone.... Again. Don't know why they feel so entitled. Do your job!!! I am actually standing outside watching through the window. They just let calls go unanswered even between front counter enquiries.This is what happens when the system makes so many people rely on a single service. This place is quite helpful for a lot of people in the area they do wonders. BUT!!! All staff except the DR's need to pull their heads in... Don't want to work there, don't... Don't treat the vulnerable with disrespect.

They’re all the best, both the doctor and stuff. Already 6 years always be with them and especially Dr Marie, she always quick response when we had complaints with our symptoms.

What is the point in having an appointment system when the doctors are NEVER on time…
The last 4 appointments I’ve had or my kids have had, the doctor has consistently been at LEAST 30 minutes late.
If I were that late you would cancel my appointment and say tough luck.

Honestly, it’s bull.

Health LinkMedical Centre reception staff have always been lovely to me. Medical doctors & nurses are great people & I recommend them to anyone.
I have been going to the centre for many years & have had the privilege of meeting some great GP’s, well worth a public recommendation.

The medical nurse noticed I had an indent in my breast. I didn't know it was there. On Tuesday 11th of February I am having cancer surgery. I owe my life to this wonderful nurse. I was so overwhelmed with the cancer, I got her a beautiful bouquet of flowers as a rhank you.

Dr Arthur was friendly, efficient, communicated clearly and had good bedside manners. Highly recommend seeing him.

Conversely, the receptionist was less friendly and can improve on this.

Dr Butts and Dr Khin gave me a horrible experience and very unsupportive service in their office. I had first visited Dr Khin after a very confronting experience that affected both my mental and physical health quite significantly. Dr Khin failed to provide me the correct medical guidance whilst I was still having to address other compelling matters that were relevant to my medical issue that he was aware of. As my situation also was a legal matter, he failed to provide medical evidence that could have been procured upon my first visit; due to me being in a very unwell state, I was not in the right of mind to make that decision and required medical support from him for this. He was condescending and did not take my situation as seriously as it was, no matter how I expressed my concerns. This was many visits over the duration of 3 months. I had then asked for a second opinion from Dr Butts, which initially he took very seriously. But upon my second visit to receive results and further care, Dr Khin had visited his office before my appointment, in which his demeanour completely change on me and I was completely dismissed and unheard. Noting also, I had requested medical files from this centre as supporting documents for my situation. When I had picked up my files, the file on my initial visit to Dr Khin, where he did not provide a proper response to procure potential legal evidence that could have relieve significant months worth of stress, was missing and I had to request the admin to print these notes.
After multiple visits from the period of September-December, my physical symptoms still remain, which I am now visiting another centre. I’ve taken matters into my own hands with whatever research Ive done myself to help my condition. I have had previously quality experiences from this centre, but this has completely destroyed my trust here.
