Sav (receptionist) is very personable, helpful and welcoming. Jacqui (naturopath) and Sharon (acupuncturist) have transformed my health and wellbeing, I feel I have more energy and vitality and they helped me overcome/reduce a number of chronic health issues with their professional intervention, guidance and support. The infra red sauna helped me feel super relaxed. Healthful Wellness is a retreat space in the heart of Glenelg I'm so thankful I found this place and connected with these these amazing people!

This is my happy place. The set up is great. A private sauna and room, yummy herbal tea, and water provided. There is also a private bathroom attached (no shower) that has some gorgeous products to sample to make you really feel pampered. It is so much more than a quick sauna. It’s a lovely indulgent escape. Highly recommend!

OMG....as a first time visitor to Glenelg, I googled massage, and decided to choose this place. Well, I was not disappointed! The lovely receptionist was so welcoming, and my masseur Christian,was amazing. He took the time to learn my reasons for needing relief from ongoing neck pain. He explained everything he was doing, and has magic hands. Christian was able to loosen up rock hard muscles, and give me more range of movement. He explained the importance of strengthening exercise, and taking time to care for my body...I'm 63, and want to remain flexible as I age. I felt wonderful as I wandered down the street. I wish I could stay longer...I'd be back as a regular.Thankyou 😊😊

Having never been here before I scored winter promotional deal for a massage in a local magazine. I have recently had surgery which has changed my alignment and caused lots of issues and pain throughout my back. I do go for fairly regular massages but have to say Bec is extremely good at what she does, and seems to know intuitively the areas where most of my pain was located. Not all masseuse are equal and I have to say I feel she is certainly up there with the best and genuinely has healing hands. I went in with a violent headache which had been troubling me for over a week. I came out headache free.
The place itself is relaxing and inviting. I would recommend a visit to anyone considering natural therapy.
