I've used Healthengine for some time on my pc, as it is the platform my doctor of many years uses, however, I installed the app on my phone and found that it wouldn't allow me to login to my account, using the same login details. When I tried to call Healthengine to sort the problm with the app, I found that they do not answer their phone number, no matter which option I choose to be put through to. Such denial of service is not good.

App works well although they found a loop to rip off money. I was charged $69 for a short video consult with the doctor because of holiday hours but when I spoke to the doctor he was working for a company called Hola Health and when you download the Hola Health Phone app the same consult is $39 any time of the year. HealthEngine just made $30 piping the middleman.

No ratings or pricing of the practitioners on the app. I got ripped off by Katrina Creighan. Claimed to be a business called Subiaco Podiatry but no such business exists. Health Engine allows rip-off merchants to masquerade as established businesses but they’re not.
This app is convenient, but comes with plenty of strings attached.

I use Healthengine to book my husbands Medical Appointments, and it just so easy to use. Not only can you save different Doctors but also Dentists. And it bring up appointments for the day, but also keep Doctors that you like or other doctors who have appointments if you need to see someone straight away. Definitely recommend it

Healthengine is absolutely great!
I can book my own dentist and GP appointments without spending hours on the phone.
And if I need to cancel or reschedule, that is fine too. Just log in and do it!! I recommend this app.
