Apparently one of their patients named "Elba" gave them a fake phone number. But it was my phone number, and they keep calling me. I have told them 4 times that this was not Elba's number and each time they promised to remove my number from her account. They never did it. So now they are blocked, reported as spam and they get a one star review for not doing what they said they would do. I only hope their medical people are better than their administrative people.

I've been going here for 3-4yrs and hands down, Danielle is THE best PCP I've ever had. She listens to my every concern and breaks down a treatment plan in steps instead of just throwing medications at me and say "Take this you'll be fine" she helps me understand what they are for and provides a space that I feel comfortable being completely honest about what I am going through. She and her nurses have hearts of gold ?

I got in quickly because it was urgent even if they have a waiting list for new patients (TBH I just lucked out somebody cancelled, they said they're not taking new patients before January so I just count my lucky stars). They helped me and used the "sliding scale" so even if somebody might think it was a little expensive, it was way cheaper than when I had insurance copay (I no longer have insurance) and even if it might have been pricey in comparison to no visit... naw, bruh. I got in and out for less than Medicaid/Medicare would charge. And can't compare to grinning and baring. Great care. Don't hesitate to call.

They were thorough and I got my Rx I needed at same cost as insurance would have charged me.

I had a great experience with the doctors at the health core clinic. On the other hand the people working at the front desk are very rude and I never get a return call. Anytime I call to schedule an appointment, I get put on a wait list and by the time it is my turn no one answers. I have left several messages in the past and have received 0 calls back to schedule an appointment. I have also had a few people answer the phone and not say a word, leaving me to wonder if anyone truly picked up. When I say “hello” I’m not greeted by anyone saying hello back, or even a “how can I help you?”. The customer service on the phone is terrible. I have had no issues with the doctors or nurses but my main complaint is someone getting in contact with the patients when they call in and leave a message. I understand this office is extremely busy, if people don’t get a call back for simply trying to schedule an appointment it is sad to think how many people don’t bother calling back. I hope this information helps someone.

The dentists and their staff, assistance were all wonderful. I especially like the way the dentist told me if I felt any pain, let him know. I did just that. He stopped what he was working on and give me more numbing medicine. He asked me, "how did that feel I said better. How many more teeth do you have to pull out". He looked at me and said, "none you are all done", I looked at him and said, "you are not" his assistance smiled and said, "they are out". I was so happy because, those teeth were hurting me everytime they felt like it.

My experience today with vary good the Lady (Hygienist) i for got her name that was doing my deep cleaning on my teeth was great and took time to tell me about my teeth and how I should brush better in certain areas also the dentist (Doctor) saw me after the cleaning to look at my exrays and checked my teeth i was vary impressed with how I was treated today
