I have to say with all the negative comments here it feels like these people are qualified GP, Doctors, Specialist etc. But I guess they just had a bad day or feel like they have to be served as royals. I've been coming here for 2 yrs and I find them very kind, helpful and supportive in their ways and I respect that. It's a Medical Centre not a Fast Food premises so being patience is key. Thanks Health Connect for the service throughout the years.

I have been going here for about a year and a half at first I came here because I wanted a female doctor. She was really kind however I dont believe she is a good doctor. I started going here due to gynecological issues as I had irregular periods and horrible pain as well as a couple of other issues regarding my health. She would constantly ignore my problems by saying “i dont need this or that” I went to the hospital one time due to a kidney infection and even they suggested I go to a gynecologist and to get a referral from my GP. When I asked this doctor for the referral she said I dont need it and proceeded to ignore me. a few months later my period pain became unbearable and I was constantly late, i asked to be tested for PCOS and any endocrine or hormone tests. We did a blood test for my hormonal level which came back ‘normal’ and i asked if that was the end of the tests (if it meant i dont have any issues and if that means no more testing i could do) she said theres nothing else to test. because i trusted her and her kind nature i believed her however my bf insisted I get a second opinion so i did. When i explained to this new gp every symptom (which i explained to this doctor at the schofields place) she was appaled and immediately booked me in for the following: Pap smear, interal ultrasound as well as many blood tests (insulin, hormones, thyroid etc) and said that this doctor was very negligent and it could be a multitude of things including CANCER! (hence the pap smear) I had to wait to do any blood tests as the previous gp (schofields) advised i go onto birth control (i am against this option as I was on birth control in my teen years and wanted to menstruate naturally) however because she strongly suggested I trusted her and went onto it.. this was a mistake as it took me longer to get my results however I finally have my results (no thanks to this schofields doctor) and was diagnosed with PCOS as they found multiple cysts in my ovaries (the exact diagnoses the schofields doctor dismissed due to my blood tests being normal?) and was diagnosed with insulin resistance … this is a huge issue and severe negligence on behalf of this schofields doctor but I am just happy I finally stopped trusting this place and got a diagnosis and finally able to help my body heal. I am happy to just give warning to everyone and not to take anything serious from this doctor and go to a different place.

Medical centre opened till 6pm and it only walk- in centre, they are not making any appointement. I reached at 4:30pm and they stopped taking patients 1.5 hrs before stated time( even being a regular customer). Totally disappointed.

One of worst medical centre in australia . These guys are wasting space of medical practice in schofield , inexperienced doctors and only 1 doctor available . Please cancel these guys lease give it to someone who realized important space , half if time they are closed

Had a genuine issue, was greeted with dismissive and sarcastic reception staff (reception staff working 21 June 2024), probably not a good indicator of the level of care available at this practice.

Doctor is doing as much as she can working by herself in a big clinic.Receptionist is pretend she is the boss she choose the patient she made the decision, we only go there because of this Dr.I hate to go to the front desk to let them know about appointment ,never fell welcoming.its been almost 2 yrs still fell awkward .they need to think about the service they are providing at the front desk.

Great doctors but poor customer service experience from the receptionists every time I visit. Felt like they were always chatting with each other and not responding well to the customers. Most times, does not respond promptly because they are busy chatting. Only respond with short, not so friendly instructions. Rethinking of visiting here again.
