Had a tricky experience in the QML pathology next door. The Nurses and Practice Manager from this clinic came in and went above and beyond to ensure I was okay and safe, while not even needing to as I wasn’t a patient at their clinic, they even brought me over to a bed in one of the treatment rooms and did a simple assessment and let me rest until I was fine. Overall cared for me for about an hour. I’m so impressed with the high quality service here.. I’ll definitely be switching from my old GP to come here from now on!

My family and I have been coming to this practice for the past 6 years. The doctors are great but unfortunately that is where it stops. A long boring story but if you are interested in the 1 star I can and will justify it below. In short, I recently rang to get a reprint of a script. Not a repeat script, just a reprint of what they had given my wife as I had accidentally thrown my wife's script away. There was still one collection left on the script. She already had an appointment booked for the following week for the repeat prescription. The receptionist was said that the only option was another doctor's appointment or we could apply online for a repeat script request but that would take 48 hours. In the mean time my wife would just have to go without her medication. I tried to get her to understand we did not need a repeat, just a copy as originally supplied. I even suggested they could email it to the pharmacy. Despite us knowing one of the doctor's personally when asked if it was a trust issue the receptionist said she did not know me so how could she trust me and she flat refused. The entire time my wife was next to me witnessing this. I do not shout or swear, I don't find it helps and at no time in our conversation did I raise my voice with the receptionist or use any abusive language !
Why I will NOT go back to that centre and the reason for the 1 star is the "management team" Sent me a letter of warning for my 'verbally and emotionally abusive behavior toward their receptionist. They did not call to ask me about the incident, they did not listen to a recording of the conversation, they tell me I have broken the trusting relationship through my behavior.
I'm sorry but if that lady can't have a civilized discussion and debate their decisions then they should not be front line. As for the management team, have the decency to sign you letter with your name if you can't make the effort to find out the FACTS !
(After having no luck with this Centre I called the pharmacy we go to and they checked the records and were happy to supply the last dosage from the script. Sorted in less than 1 minute.)
I know my moving my family from this centre will not have any impact on them but hopefully this review will.

This is one or the best medical practices I have ever been to. The staff clearly explained the costs of my treatment and were very upfront with all the costs involved, nothing was hidden. I had been seeing Dr Deed as I got very sick from living in mould from all the rain we had during the La Niña years. Despite providing him with my lab tests which showed high mould levels Dr Deed discredited my results and dismissed my symptoms. I was filled with fear and anxiety every time I had to see him. He lacks empathy and I found him to be very narrow minded in his approach despite the scientific evidence that I had high levels of mould in my body. I have since found another MD who is across mould toxicity and has been fantastic at helping me detox and reduce my symptom.
