I worked casually for Healthcare HQ over two years. Angela and her team were accomodating and professional. The staff at the hospitals I was placed at were mostly friendly and supportive. This is the only agency company I have worked for but would work here again after such a positive experience.

Best employer so far!! Worked with HEALTH CARE HQ for 2 years as undergraduate nurse for AIN Position gradually progressing from aged care facilities to rehabs and private hospitals. The whole experience was great.. I can’t think of anything to complain. There were always plenty of shifts if you are willing to work and above average pay rate. Angela is very professional and helping the staff all the time. She understands you when you deny shifts unlike other employers I have worked with and so is her whole team. Being an RN and in workforce for years she always backs up her staff. I remember being yelled at by one of the staff at facility I was working for being late know the whole situation that i was called in quite late in morning. On informing Angela she stood up and backed me up by requesting a formal apology, No one would do that. HEALTH CARE HQ has high values and principle and I was proud to deliver it to clients therefore in huge demand in workforce. I miss early morning calls from Angela, she gave me opportunity to gain experience in variety of setting and be able excel in the field. Can’t thank Angela and the whole team of HEALTH CARE HQ enough.

HQ has played a big part of my RN journey. This agency gave me a lot of experiences as a newbie RN in Australia, it caters not only in acute med-surg and ICU hospitals, but also in Aged care, Rehab and many more. Angela and the management staff were always there to support, guide and gave me confidence in each area I am assigned with. Flexible with the shifts and always have available job, anytime!
