He is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough. I am grateful for all his support. His communication style is so clear, he always follow up your questions. I have weekly meetimgs with him and he always work around my schedule.
This process is complex and challenging to navigate on your own.

Excellent work with Olivia Wozgein. She took her time to help me to register NDIS Employer ID. As you know NDIS Employer ID is not straight forward. You click on one link, it gives you a full page and keeps going none stop. Very confusing and not and not user friendly for any government websites. Same as link your Employee on workers screening check I had to go through so many steps before I will be able to link my employees.

Olivia Wozgein is excellent with her skills in helping out me. I really appreciate her expertise. Well done Olivia and thank you for all your help.
