This medical practice is absolutely hopeless. The reception staff is also rude and talk over you. She introduced herself as Nova and claimed to be the manager. When I asked for her business card, she said her information could be found on the website. However, I checked the website and found nothing which mean she lied. I mentioned that I wanted to say a word to the doctor, but she insisted that I must pay first. The service is terrible. Don't waste your time.

After living in Sydney for more than 30 years, my husband and I relocated to Melbourne and we needed to find a reliable doctor we could trust and depend on.
Dr Yao is very knowledgeable, professional and experienced. The receptionist and the nurse are friendly and efficient, even though the phone never stops ringing. The best part is they still bulk bill so that it’s affordable for so many people to seek medical help! I was happy to pay the $30 new-patient registration fee, which is very reasonable, and still cheaper than paying a gap to other doctors!

Dr Yao is very professional and knowledgeable, you are definitely in good hands with this Doctor. The receptionist is extremely helpful, helped me fill in the form and contacted my previous Gp for my health records as soon as I gave her the contact info of the clinic I went to previously. I got my apts really quickly, even at the same day! It is Bulk bill as well! really glad that I found a trustworthy doctor.

I have been attending this practice for over a year and have had no problems whatsoever. Easy to book, professional, gives good advice without having to type into the computer and read off the computer screen. Since moving to Bentleigh a year ago this is my family doctor.
