Had to visit out of normal GP hours and found the on-line booking system very easy to complete. I had to provide my details and was warned that a gap fee may be charged, good to know upfront. Easy parking and level access to the Centre. Very smooth check in process (probably quicker due to the timing), had only sat down when I was called up by the nurse to get height, weight and blood pressure checked and noted. Saw the duty GP almost to the second of my booking time! Good checkup and was given a referral for an ultrasound to get more information on the issue.

Our child needed stitches in their head, we called health direct and were given an appointment for health zone Barwell street Castle hill. Their service was fantastic. Nurse Dahlia was so kind and patient, very thorough and reassuring. The Doctor was exceptional. The procedure was quick and from start to finish we were out within an hour and half.
Great 10/10 service.

I was seen to immediately by 2 lovely nurses one by the name of Bek took all my details and what my pain was caused by. She checked my blood pressure and took all my medications and details. She made sure I was very comfortable. Dr Luke was very thorough and sent me for X-rays. Once X-rays were completed he was very quick to explain what was wrong with me. He has just rang me with some not good news and I need to have a cat scan tomorrow. Fantastic service.

VERY impressive service - I went for the urgent care service on a public holiday and it was very speedy. The staff were all lovely and helpful and I’ve never had such a good doctor in my life!! She was nice, listened to me, reassured me and talked me through my options. It was a surprisingly nice experience and they made me feel at ease. Bulk Billed too Thank you!

I saw Dr Kushboo Patel today for the first time. She was very professional and was of great help in sorting out my medical situation very efficiently and gave me confidence in her ability as a GP. The Receptionist at the Centre, Cat, was very welcoming and the Waiting Room was very clean and tidy. I was very happy that I was able to be treated so well and I will be returning to Barwell Medical Centre for the results of scans that Dr Patel has arranged!

Have been taking both my boys to see the GPs here and all of them have been quite thorough. The receptionists have been really helpful too. Ample parking in front of the medical centre is a big plus too.

This medical centre was fantastic in terms of professionalism and support. Great advice over the phone and follow up with support and assistance by the nurse and doctor. I had accidentally burned myself on a Sunday night . I rang for advice and was given then next available appointment. As there was a wait time the nurse rang to check in on my condition.
