I recently visited Health Plus and had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr Ming Li.

Despite having a long-standing arrangement with my previous GP in the same clinic for a one-year prescription for my statin medication, the new GP refused, claiming it was ‘impossible.’ After some back-and-forth, it became evident that the clinic had lost my medical records due to a system update and could not verify my prescription history. Rather than acknowledging this error, the GP implied I was lying about my prescription history.

A quick google search showed that Doctors can prescribe a one year prescription under Medicare, so the doctor was either trying to grab more money with a second visit or ignorant. I left without all the medication I need to manage my health. When I arrived at the pharmacy, i was told that the doctor did not click the right boxes so I could not take the medications all at once. I live overseas so this will cause me a huge problem. I strongly advise others to seek medical care elsewhere.

I have taken my daughter here a few times now, the GP we see is very friendly, patient and caring and ofcourse does a great job. Definitely great with children. The reception staff are also very friendly and caring. The waiting area is clean and neat with nice calm music, a doll house and some books for children.

Took my 3 year old son in today with breathing difficulties and just needed to share that Dr Sung was amazing, my son instantly warmed to her and she went above and beyond with his treatment. The people working in reception have been incredibly friendly and helpful. We have been jumping around from medical centre to medical centre looking for the right fit for our family since arriving in Canberra 6 years ago but we have found it now!

Healthplus is an exceptional medical practice. Dr Melanie and her team are very very professional. In fact, Dr Melanie is the BEST doctor I have ever come across. She is genuine, helpful and really cares for each of her patients. Also, Melissa the receptionist is always so friendly, very helpful and accommodating. So happy to have found this place!

Such an amazing practice with doctors that really care. You will never feel like a number in this place, you feel cared for, listened to and provided with exceptional service and advice. The clinic is always clean and organise. The front of house team always greet you with a warm welcome. I love this place.

I took my toddler to see Dr Asif and had a pleasant experience. Doctor was very patient, asked lot of questions, explained things and we didn't feel rushed at all. Even though it is not a bulk bill service for children anymore ( wish it still was!) But I felt the fees we paid was fair for Doctor's time and attention.

Could not be happier with my results after my thread lift with Dr Wen..

Iv had a similar procedure before and was no where near as happy as I am with how contoured my face is now looking!
Dr wen was considerate and very gentle throughout
the entire procedure.
It went smoothly and I felt well cared for both during and afterward.
Very happy….
