I saw Dr Jennifer Glaetzer for a pre-anesthesia consultation. What a wonderful, caring and kind doctor she is. Totally put my mind at ease for my up-coming surgery. Reception staff were also great !

Got in as emergency appointment at mid day to see a female doctor who has been consulting there for many years yesterday. Was in excruciating pain in my lower back and had shooting/spasm pain down the front thigh of my leg, couldn't really diagnose what the problem was at all, gave me no pain relief , got booked in at 2.30 to see the physio, she had no idea what the problem was, she actually said she couldn't work on me as I was in to much pain, but was still happy to charge me the full $84. Absolutely horrible experience, with no compassion or caring. Told me to go home and take what pain relief I have at home, and if it gets worse go to the hospital that night! Will be attending another clinic from now on. This clinic has gone downhill since some very good doctors have left! All they care about is taking your money, no understanding at all!!

Pretty disappointed on how some staff take an approach to things I had to pay to get seen to because of an existing bill I had had back in 2017. Organised to pay the set amount we discussed on the phone once I finished my appointment.

Once I finished my appointment I went to the reception to pay my outstanding bill only to find out that I had alot more that I had no knowledge of at that time!. The amount we discussed on the phone was no longer Acceptable and then they put me on the spot and tried to ask for more money even after we had came to an agreement on the phone and then became quite snobby after I told them I couldn't afford it

Really disorganised for COVID vaccine sat and watch others come in after me make an appointment get seen to straight away and leave before they woke up to me still waiting. I had to remind them I was still waiting NOT A 15 MINUTE EXPERIENCE 1 hour before I could leave NOT GOOD
