Love going there, but because I stay healthy and don’t usually get sick I haven’t been for a few years. Little did I know that you become inactive after two years if you don’t visit. Now that I want to see my doctor , I can’t as I am now considered a new patient and they are currently not taking on new patients.
Need to change your policy on this. At least notify your clients to check if they still want to use your services or have moved on before you deactivate them.

We changed to Health On Central a few years ago after not being happy with our previous health provider and now I wouldn't go anywhere else. The doctors, nurses and admin staff are all amazing! Dr Avi and Dr Kristiana in particular are fantastic, amazing with young children, thorough and always take the time to hear you!

Friendly and helpful reception staff, and also the nurses are very helpful. My Doctor Nicole Higgins is excellent and very caring, she always takes the time to listen to your health problems, and then finds the best solution for you. Very happy with the service at Health on Central.

Hi I would recommend Health on Central.
My doctor Nicole ❤️ is the best.
I have followed her around surgeries over a decade.
Have to say that she has been inspiring and has help me through the good and bad. The environment at the surgery is so relaxing 😌 I found myself singing along to the music. The staff are all caring.

We have been with Health on Central since opening and enjoy attending a practice where Doctors take the time to listen and treat you with dignity and respect. I trust this practice wholeheartedly especially Drs Nicole Higgins and Mark Raines who have provided consistent exceptional care over the years. All staff from reception, nurses and Drs go out of their way to make you feel welcome and supported.

Reception staff are always friendly and efficient.
The surgery is modern, the sms notifications and reminders are professional and effective.
Dr Mark is a truly amazing person and professional. He aided and supported me through my diagnosis and took the time to checked on me during my Cancer treatment in Brisbane. My after-treatment care has been fantastic and I can’t speak highly enough of Mark, the practice and all their staff. Well done Health on Central!!

This clinic is fantastic! The receptionists are always pleasant and helpful. Any doctor I’ve seen has always been very caring, thorough and professional in their approach! I would highly recommend any one looking for old fashioned, high quality medical care to try for an appointment here.
