We rarely see doctors so to arrive in a new town and needing urgent medical care, we found Dr Bobby when I had driven my husband to Brisbane very unwell and not being able to get medical help, to get an IV infusion. The nurse we met to do the infusion was very concerned about him and on sharing, he said he used to work here and that we should go see Dr Bobby. Being only half an hour away we were very greatful as Dr Bobby has worked very hard to get help for my husband. He is now back to being cheeky (hubby that is 😂) and though he doesn’t like all the doctors visits, I never have trouble getting him to go see Dr Bobby. He has since had to see Dr Eddy also who picked up 2 more nasties despite just having seen his old skin specialist the month before. He was very respectful and integrative in his approach and very patient with my previous husband. The girls at reception are very efficient and patient. Despite being such a busy practice, they are always very helpful. I can’t forget the nurses. Great critical thinking and you can tell they love their job. I must say I’m glad our appointments are less now but if you need help this is a great place to find it.

I have been seeing Dr Leeks for over 2 years now and am very happy with the service. The staff at the front desk are always friendly and helpful and have also seen a few other Drs who I have been happy with too.

I've been taking my daughter to see Dr Zac for 2 years and he is amazing. Very helpful and always takes the time to listen. The nurses, especially Bec, have been great too. I find the secretaries very informative and helpful when phoning. I also like the convenience of online booking.

Always had a great experience at Health Matters Fernvale.
I've never had an issue calling and getting an appointment at this surgery.
I have never had an issue with doctor availability.
Staff have always been friendly, and I've never experienced stuff being rude to me.
I genuinely have no idea what other reviewers are talking about, because I've never experienced the staff here acting in the manner that other reviewers are talking about.
To the point where I believe that other reviewers are posting fake reviews purely because of some form of personal vendetta.
I have no problems placing my health and well-being in the hands of health matters. Fernvale.
And as a form of veteran who was treated absolutely shockingly by the defence force medical system, I have a very hard time trusting any medical practitioners.
But I trust the team at health matters Fernvale.

This clinic is took all patients as hostage. They keep you to waiting till you get bored and leave but they charge your ohip card as you visit. every day they see only ten to twenty patients but they show to minstetiry of health 250 patients. I went three time to see doctor they didn't let in but they changed my visit. Not recommended anymore to vist this clinic. Try go see animal clinic they're million times better to help you. But to go there. They're absolutely rude big mother trucker

Just went to call Health Matters the other day to make an appointment and noticed the ladies comment below in relation to the service of Dr Antonio. Yes, the reception at health matters is second to none, however, I cannot fathom why you feel that way regarding Dr Antonio. I have never posted a Google review but since seeing the below comment, I cannot resist the temptation to be an advocate for Dr Antonio's excellent service. He is not arrogant or rude in any sort of measure, if anything he is very caring. He was the first doctor to diagnose my son properly, if it wasn't for this doctor my son would still be suffering. I would hope no one is put off making an appointment with Dr Antonio, he is a brilliant doctor with a very caring nature, not to mention he takes his time to listen to your concerns and he always explains everything very thoroughly. He and Dr Dexter are both brilliant doctors and both share the same level of care towards their patients! 🙂

Dr Zac is second to none in patient care. Both my partner and I see him and always leave feeling well cared for and listened to. Hope he doesn't go anywhere!
