Manager and reception are so helpful and caring. Nurse Haley is just amazing and Dr Nikki takes all her time, is so thorough and knowledgeable. Feel so safe putting my families health in their hands. You guys are amazing!

Health in abundance team are honestly amazing. Not a single bad thing to say regarding the medical centre staff.
They have been amazing with support in a tough time and offered certain adjustments if needed. Highly recommend.

Changed to this practice from a Salamander Dr surgery. I saw Dr Peter Rallings.
Very thorough, receptionists, nurses and Dr very professional and friendly. This is now my new Dr's surgery. People like this team are hard to find.
They will go above and beyond for their patients.

After leaving a really lovely and exceptional Dr due to disgusting reception staff at that particular clinic I decided to try Health in Abundance.
Oh my goodness, the reception staff were AMAZING, they truly went out of their way to help I am so impressed. Although I did not voluntarily want to change GPs (as I had a great relationship with my former GP, lovely man let down by his staff) I found Dr Kang to be comprehensive, knowledgeable and helpful to my current health problem.
Amazing, I really am impressed.

Absolutely disgusted! I tried to make an appointment to see a doctor this morning. I prefaced the conversation by advising that I had a covid test yesterday and the result came back NEGATIVE this morning. When I described my symptoms to the receptionist, I was told that the doctors would not see anyone with upper respiratory symptoms. APPARENTLY, the doctors don't want to see sick people. If I could give a lower rating, I would!! So much for the Hippocratic Oath...

I took my 2 teenage sons to HIA to have t
heir Covid-19 Pfizer shots. The nurse was very rude. We were waiting outside as we were told to. Apparrntly the nurse was calling out our number from inside the surgery instead of coming out to get us, which is what we were advised she would do. I suspect that she was just too lazy to walk 12ft to the door, and as a result we could not hear her due to the howling wind and passing traffic. She eventually came out and proceeded to raise her voice and tell us how inconvenienced she was in front of my children. I will not set foot near this place again. So, so rude and arrogant.

My partner went to see Dr Rallings and I wouldn't recommend him at all. Doesn't care about any of your health problems, he's just after the pay check it seems.
If you have more than one issue, he makes you book multiple appointments when it could all be addressed at the same time.

Made to feel like a leper once I received my covid jab, both times. Nurses need to be replaced for the booster shots. Just dead set rudeness. The lady at the desk that checks you in was very friendly and pleasant though.
