Overall good staff members and service friendly. However 30 minute appointment turned into 3 and half hours. No complications just forgotten about. They do not keep medication in the clinic you must go for a walk shortly after arriving. After that when the appointment is finished they charge over $100 what is stated when booked as “the website has the old pricing”.

As a new patient I was not advised to bring blood tests or to register online when I rang & booked my blood infusion appointment. After having to do this when I arrived, which was quite lengthy, I was not advised that there was a 1.5 hour wait until I enquired 30 minutes after my appointment time where I was advised that there was only 1 doctor & 1 nurse working. I had to leave without waiting any further as I had children to collect. Very disappointed as I left work early for my appointment & travelled an hour to get there.

Helpful reception lady, friendly triage nurse, great Doctor (Dr Dushyant Singh) as he explained the best way to take the medication, was supportive and also friendly. As a walk in patient, I was seen to within 1.5 hours which is very acceptable.
The fee was a little higher than expected, but probably because there was no appointment made prior. It is also a very clean and comfortable surgery.

Booked for an iron infusion online, shared a lot of my information on the intake form in good faith then arrived to be told the iron infusions weren’t offered at the booked time. Suggested I return the next day. This clinic doesn’t seem to understand that most people booking for an iron infusion are tired to exhausted and don’t want to have whatever energy they have left wasted.

The clinic collected lots of my information online, sent me a confirmation text & later, even though I was not treated, sent me an invitation to leave a review. My suggestion: don’t use online & automated technologies if you can’t match what you advertise in reality.

Earlier today I rang the clinic & asked a nurse about whether they could access results for an iron test & then I booked online for an iron infusion & did the mobile code & filled in the online intake form. I arrived 20 minutes before the appointment to be told they don’t do iron infusions at the time I had booked and the iron infusions had all finished for the day. I showed the text message confirmation on my phone & was asked if I could come in the next day instead.

Why waste everyone’s time & fuel money offering an appointment time you don’t have? Please delete the data you have collected. Would like to leave zero stars.

I recently visited Health Hub Springfield after my daughter broke her arm, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care and professionalism we received. The staff were kind, knowledgeable, and made what was a stressful situation much easier to handle.

When we arrived, we were quickly checked in and seen by a doctor who thoroughly examined my daughter’s arm and explained all our options. The team was incredibly patient, especially with my daughter, making sure she felt comfortable throughout the entire process. We ended up needing to get her arm casted, and the procedure was quick and well-explained. I was especially impressed by how calm and reassuring they were, which helped ease both my daughter’s and my nerves.

However, there are a couple of things to note. The waiting times can be long, sometimes an hour or more, especially during peak hours. If you’re planning to go without an appointment, be prepared for a longer wait. Even with an appointment, though, be aware that arriving early won’t get you in sooner – the schedule is tight, and you’ll still be seen at your appointed time or later.

That said, the quality of care we received was absolutely worth it. The staff were efficient and compassionate, and they made sure to follow up with us after the visit to ensure everything was healing as it should.

Overall, I would highly recommend Health Hub Springfield for anyone needing urgent care. While the wait times can be a bit long, the level of care and attention you receive makes up for it. My daughter’s arm is healing well, and we are very grateful for the excellent service we received.
