Both the 2 ladies at the counter were more than accommodating, i went in not expecting to get an appointment and straight away,both with a smile on their faces..were able to accommodate. I was in a lot of discomfort and pain and both made me feel at ease..Highly grateful for both of them to be there to help… even when I rang back a couple of days later to make an appointment for my results, Mel(I think) asked how I was…this service is not around anymore, and it was very reassuring that we still have amazing service people in our backyard..

I had an extremely negative experience with Dr. Samia Alves, which was surprising since I specifically chose her because she is Brazilian, thinking that communication and care would be easier. Unfortunately, it was the opposite.

During my first appointment, I explained my entire medical history, brought previous test results (which she didn’t even look at), and underwent new blood tests as requested. So far, so good. However, when the results came back, I only received a message from the clinic saying that everything was fine and that I didn’t need to return. Since I knew something was wrong, I scheduled a follow-up myself.

At the second appointment, she finally looked at my test results and noticed something was off. To my surprise, she simply said she didn’t know what to do. When I calmly asked for clarification, she mentioned polycystic ovary syndrome, but instead of explaining, she just printed a page from Google and handed it to me, telling me to read it at home.

She then requested more tests, and after completing them, I received another message asking me to return. It's important to mention that each visit is charged separately, with the constant excuse that private insurance will reimburse later. However, due to my lack of confidence in her care, I decided not to go back.

Now, I have received a bill at home for a test I did at the clinic—a test that she handed to me without explaining any costs, simply instructing me to collect the sample and give it to reception.

I expected to find a trustworthy professional, but I was left with the opposite impression. I have no problem paying, as I have private insurance, but I do expect transparency and professionalism.

I've been a patient here for approx 20yrs under Dr Badawy and when Dr Badawy sold the practice and moved to Canberra I was sceptical of having a new doctor looking after my numerous health issues. Well my fears were allayed when I had my first appointment with Dr Sharab he is a kind, friendly who puts you at ease on the first visit and listens to your concerns not brushing them aside he never rushes you. You couldn't find a better Dr for yourself and your family. All the staff are exceptional in jobs.

Using Acupuncture for optimum health for over 25 years, I had no hesitation is seeking help from Dr Phin Lim for swelling of my knee and excruciating hip pain caused by altering my walking gait to compensate for my knee. Using acupuncture as preferred treatment, over a number of weeks, my hip has no pain and my knee has improved dramatically. So much so, I can walk up and down steps without a walking stick for support. Acupuncture heals from within and balances the body's Qi and worth considering as an alternative to western medicine.

From the moment I walked in as a “ walk in” I was welcomed. The first GP I saw was friendly and informative and willing to give extra time.
I returned a week later to get further advice and I was able to have acupuncture , which alleviated my condition somewhat, but it is early days.
The nurse on duty is also kind and friendly.
I really like this medical practice mainly because of their expertise but moreover their warmth.

After a short wait I was called in for my appointment of which was insightful, competent and helpful with my condition and for how I am to go about it in the foreseeable future.
