Dr. Irene is knowledgeable, patient and respectful. She takes time to understand you and the issues at hand. The team at reception is attentive and respectful. Not that one wants to get ill, but if you do then the Health Hub should be top of mind for kids, adults and the elderly alike.

Saw Dr Lakshmi, she is wonderful she listens to you and makes you feel reassured that you are in good hands. Right from the welcome by the receptionist, manager and nursing staff throughout the whole visit they place you as a priority. Excellent experience 🌟🌟🌟

My partner had an appointment about a sensitive topic that was not handled appropriately in terms of the doctors beside manner. I believe there is a need for sensitivity training and effective communication with the individual you are caring for. She should not have walked out of there feeling uncomfortable and disgusted with the lack of sensitivity.

Dr Goldston is the most amazing doctor, he truly takes the time to get to know his patients and looks at the patient from a holistic approach. He is the best doctor I have ever had and a perfect gentleman.

What a terrible experience! I went to this place to have an appointment with dr Goldston and I felt uncomfortable in many times. Before I book myself for a procedure on my legs he asked me to make sure my husband was away in the mines working, that I was sure not be having period, that I will be the last patient so after everybody leaves the clininc will be better for him do the procedure with no rush.
I really felt funny as I have done this procedure before it is nothing more than inject saline solution on the legs veins.
As I said I have done it before and any doctor ever asked such things..
I returned with my husband today to get the injections on my legs done. The doctor infuriate himself when notice I was not alone and refuse to the procedure unless I agree to be alone with him

Absolutely in shock with de Goldston. On my 1st appointment for sclerotherapy (spider vains) dr Goldston made me feel very uncomfortable when expressly said to book the procedure on a day my husband was in the mines working and also make sure I was not in my period time. Also took a long time making compliments was really weird 🤷🏻‍♀️
I felt so uncomfortable that I booked the procedure exactly the day my husband arrived from work to go with me as I felt “funny” at 1st appointment.
I was already placed at the room waiting with my husband sit there as well. When the doctor noticed I was not alone he infuriated himself said no one will be in the room or he will not do it!
I said i would prefer my husband to stay and the doctor REFUSE to do the procedure because I did not want stay alone with him!
