It's a good facility, I like that there is pretty much everything in one place - doctors, imagining, chemist, dentist, bloods.
What is not good is waiting on the phone on hold - TO THE SAME STUPID TUNE - for (at the time of typing this) 44 minutes. Please keep me on hold I have nothing better to do today. You can't surely be THAT busy? And yes I need to call cos 1 you asked and 2 the stupid hotdoc app isn't processing payments like it should be.

I rocked up here with heart problems and was helped promptly and well from admin, nurses to emergency. I have been here for a Covid test before an international flight and had prompt and easy service. I have been here multiple times in desperation when I’ve needed same day Dr appt or Tele health when my rural-ish doctor has been booked out for weeks.. and every time they’ve come through. 2 years ago I left a 5 star review, and it’s continued to be 5 stars. I am sure Cabolture Hospital and small Drs practices in the area are far better equipped to do their jobs with this place taking a chunk of pressure off the medical system.

Staff from the moment you walk in at the Health Hub are friendly polite and professional, from the admin ladies at reception to the nurses doing base observations for the doctors. Streamlined professional and all working as a team, a real breathe of fresh air.

Dr. Shahab is a delight. He is kind, passionate, and caring very knowledgeable in his profession. All the quiltitys you want in a doctor. Highly recommend. The receptionist are wonderful also.

The reception ladies were efficient however, they had notably had a rough day and were slightly stressed and short.

Dr Barghchi was incredibly kind, welcoming and thorough and made me feel safe when I felt really unwell and worried.
