Leroy and his team are terrific. Very approachable and ready to modify training exercises to accommodate long standing injuries. The empathy and understanding displayed by Health First is what sets them apart from other trainers in my experience.

Leroy, Billy and the other trainers at Health First are top notch. They adjust training for injuries and design personalised programs well suited to client needs and goals. They are warm, personable and have great senses of humour. For me, it has always been 80% about the exercise and 20% about connection (for physical and mental wellbeing) and they meet my requirements to a tee. If you’re looking for a PT you can’t go past Health First!

Billy and Leroy legitimately care about their clients. I have been helped through injury and illness. I am ex military and carry many injuries both physically and mentally and their team are always accommodating.
