Great experience with Health First. I had physio treatment. My physio was terrific. She worked with me to get back to full strength. And the admin team are friendly & more than happy to help. The whole process from injury to full strength again was great.

I suffered from extremely painful sciatica during a visit to see family in the USA over Christmas. I received an epidural steroid injection while in the USA which helped a lot. When I returned, I still had some nerve tingling and sought out Samantha based on other reviews I read and her extensive background in a variety of disciples. I was not disappointed. Sam listened carefully and diagnosed muscle tightness that was making the sciatica worse.
She did dry needling which really helped and gave me a stretches to do on my own to help release those tight muscles. After four sessions, I didn't feel my sciatic nerve at all and am back to normal. I am grateful to Sam for giving me the tools to keep myself pain-free. If I have any further issues at all, I will seek out her help again in the future. Highly recommended!

It was easy as to make an appointment which as was promised on the same day. My physiotherapist was engaging and confident. She listened and made a diagnosis. She also instructed me to perform the exercises she demonstrated - a very professional team

Very impressed! Don provided lots of information on what’s going on in the body following my injury and operation, what we are aiming at improving first. I went home with a whole tool box of exercises to reach these goals. Don carefully checked progress at the follow up appointment, and adjusted exercises accordingly. I feel I am in good hands and will achieve the best possible results following my injury.

Wonderful, friendly staff. Ollie has been fantastic in getting my knee back to normal. The dry needling has been excellent in assisting to repair any tissue damage/issues. I’ve done the follow up exercises at home given to me by Ollie, which are easy to add too your daily routine, and have greatly assisted me on my wellness journey. I cannot thank Ollie enough for working on my many body aches and pains. I feel so good and so much better than I have in years and am now pain free. I highly recommend Ollie and the fantastic staff at Health First Maryborough.

One of the worse medical experiences ever… firstly just popped a tens machine on whilst scrolling fb… we already told her using tens at home, gave advice which ortho surgeon said was totally incorrect, Then she needed to pop out the room after sometime we looked out to see where she was and was working on another Client… double dipping for money… when this was brought to the attention twice of admin/managers no apology nothing! Avoid at all costs… also found good reviews on fb was by the manager herself as she contacted me to query why I suggest this place was useless!!

I appreciated the friendly welcome, professional attitude and a physiotherapist who not only knows what she is doing but also has a sense of humour! To top it off, my pain has been mitigated and the exercises are precisely what I need to repair the problem. I am one very happy client!
