Doctors are good, but the Receptionist is very hard to talk to and pretty useless. I was calling to book an appointment for my sick baby and it took 9 minutes for her to find my name in the system and once she had found me she continued to tell me how long it had been since I had been there (as if that was relevant to my booking...) told me a time for an appointment, changed her mind, asked to call me back because she didn't seem to know what she was doing.. and when I asked if I could speak to someone else as I was concerned, she told me that I can speak to her only... I didn't mind going to this centre but this and other interactions previously with other Receptionists has driven me away.

I've been coming to this practice since before I was a teenager, but not any more.
I went in with a genuine concern for my physical and more importantly mental health.
Doctor Gupta, with no regard for any of my concerns, I was given zero advice or help not even talked through potential options. I've since become a veteran after serving in the forces and he had little care to assist me with injuries sustained while serving...never again will I come here

The doctors were very compassionate and kind and the receptionist was lovely too, I felt comfortable and like I was really being looked after. I have many other doctors practices close by but make the effort to drive to this clinic.

Rude doctor. He did not listen to me or try to engage in any way. Completely dismissive of my reason for consultation. Would NOT recommend for anyone.

Receptionist wasn't very helpful would not book my toddler an appointment then said she will call me back and never did!!!!
