Thank you Dr Amanda and all the team. I am not really the reviewing type but honestly felt compelled to do so after receiving absolutely exceptional medical advice and service from Dr Taf today.
Compassionate, conscientious and a total professional. What a credit Dr Taf is to our south west region and to the team at Health by Nurture. Today the clinic was very busy, all members of staff were so calm and happy. Exhibiting friendly and professional customer relations

My sister had the worst experience of her life when she came in to discuss her severe anxiety and OCD a couple months ago. I see that you have no opened a psych clinic so I felt it was an appropriate time to comment.
Here’s hoping you’ve put in a lot of work to rectify the poor level of care she received so no one else has to walk away feeling the way she did.

I have been visiting Dr. Amanda Sabel and her team for the past four years, and my experience has been consistently outstanding. Dr. Sabel is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive, ensuring that all my health concerns are thoroughly addressed. The entire medical team, including midwives and lactation consultants, is professional and dedicated, making each visit as comfortable and efficient as possible. The receptionists are always welcoming and efficient, handling appointments and queries with a smile. Their friendly and organized approach adds to the overall positive atmosphere of the clinic.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. I have been searching for a new doctor and can’t recommend Dr Anantula enough. The receptionist was lovely as well as Pathology. 10/10 experience 😊

Terrible and unprofessional service and would not recommend! When I was waiting to see the doctor 2 ladies who sat behind reception (Jasmin and Kelli according to their websites pictures) in the little alcove were speaking rudely and loudly about staff (they even said doctor names) who work in their practice and whinging about all the stuff that is happening in their practice. As a patient I do not want to attend a clinic that is trusted to keep my records private but can not even do that for their own staff. They should know better when sitting in an open space attached to the waiting area.
In addition my consultation went over time due to an unforeseen issue that the doctor wanted to discuss with me and then when I walked out to pay a staff member very obviously went and appologised to a waiting patient so I could over hear saying “we are very sorry about the wait and that people should make long appointments” like it was my fault. Then the other receptionist was saying that the doctor should charge me more than just a double consult even though that’s what my doctor only wanted to charge me. I was made to feel bad for the doctor taking the time to manage my unforeseen health condition. Obviously they are about making money and not the health of their patients. Love the doctor I seen but will not be attending this clinic again when patient care and confidentiality is not of the upmost importance!! The doctors at this clinic must feel under pressure to pump through patients instead of providing quality care. Their mission online says they promote an inclusive environment that promotes respect, dignity and equality to clients - NO way in hell I received that today!!!!

Horrible experience when I first arrived to check in the receptionists were bitching about a patient that had just left then after being seated had to wait over an hour and could hear other patients consults clearly through the door in the waiting room.
The Dr came out twice and called the wrong name before going back and getting the right information then had no idea why I was there and asked if a male Dr could sit in on my pap smear. When I left the receptionist said that the Dr I had seen was the only one that didn't bulk bill even though my Dr had been changed as my original Dr had gone home sick.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
