Very disappointed!! I told the lady when I walked in that I had sore legs and feet she recommended full body 60 minutes so I was under the impression the areas I said would be tended to but got something completely different. The lady who massaged me spent most of the time on my shoulders and upper back then baited me into getting an extra 30 minutes because she said I was “very tight”. After about an hour of painful massage ( I think she was using here elbows) she moved to my legs but failed to go past my calves then says “all finished”. I think the staff cannot communicate or understand what I wanted and also felt like they try to upsell you/bait you to more services which are not required. I also overheard a customer ask for 45 minutes and was talked in to one hour. The other massage places in fountain gate actually focus on what you ask for. Never going back to this place and do not recommend. Steer clear guys

I’m not sure what I just paid for? I wanted an hour of remedial on my neck, shoulders and lower back. The lady who tended to me spent the entire hour on my shoulder blades. Using only her elbows to work deep into the muscles that runs along the spine and shoulder blades. It was painful but I expect that when working deep into tense muscles and knots. What I don’t expect is to go and get another massage on the areas that were missed. I will be bruised and sore no doubt- I just hope she didn’t cause any damage.
*After 7 months a response to this review. Ive found a better therapist now thank you.

I come in for a massage as my neck and shoulder was in a lot of pain i wasn't expecting to much the massage therapist was Rayna I only choose 30mins till 5mins in and I asked for 1hr as I could already feel how strong and good she was at her job. I'm a big guy with thick muscles and need a lot of power put into my massage to get stuff in place I honestly can't believe how strong she is. It was painful I'm not going to lie but in a good way and she asked me several times IS THIS TO HARD I said I'm fine because I had a couple bad injuries and she needed to get all the nots out of my neck and shoulder but she also worked down my back what helped my sciatica as well. I was sore and tender for 3-4 days but I could finally move my neck further than I have for 6-7years. It's been 3weeks since I have been there my neck is feeling great my shoulder a lot better but I'll 100% be going back to see how good she can get the rest of my body feeling thank you so much Rayna 🥰

Not at all impressed, neck shoulders head massage is what I wanted and she massaged areas like shoulder blades and bones that didn't require massaging, then I saw her scrolling on her phone whilst she massaged me with one hand.
Won't be back.
