Attended sound bath and breath work with Blazenka and Daniela. I know Blazenka from my Kinesiology sessions but met Daniela for the first time and straight away felt a connection.
The experience itself was quite intense for me at the beginning but very calming and soft toward the end.
I felt very energetic after the session, my vibrations were so high that I had to ground myself for some time before driving home.
