My first experience with Ingrid was about 10 years ago and it was incredible. Since then, I have done several therapies with her, from full body massages to reiki. Ingrid is an amazing professional with extensive knowledge and experience. I’ve met Ingrid about 10 years ago in Sydney, when I receive my first healing.
For many years I practiced yoga, meditation, and was very into self development, based on this I was a bit resistant and not many people would impress me.
So in my first session with Ingrid she asked me if I was planning to get pregnant, as she felt a very strong presence of a child. I was nowhere near planning for a family, for many reasons. Fast forward 6 months I found out I was pregnant. Since my first reiki session I could trust Ingrid, to guide me into the darkest and deepest parts of my journey. Not all the time I was brave enough to face my fears, and she could feel it, respect it and only go till my limit at the moment. She has a sense of balance.She lights the spot that needs to be worked on and she does that with love and compassion.
