We had an amazing experience at Maitland, every staff member was extremely nice and accommodating. The doctors and nurses were explaining everything very clear and they were very understanding. Highly recommend! Haven’t had an experience like that before, amazing!

Reception admin were welcoming and caring, nurses and doctor caring and timely in their treatment. Very thorough examination and testing. The whole team went above and beyond from making sure family was comfortable to ensuring we were all kept in the loop with assessments, results and treatment. Highly recommend using HEAL for urgent medical assessment and treatment.

Excellent - well worth the cost to have such a thorough, immediate and caring service. From the moment you walk in the door to the next day follow-up I felt like a valued patient in need of support and not a number. Every aspect of my visit was provided with the highest standard I have ever experienced. Sadly a recent visit at our New Hospital after a traumatic fall (over 60y) I was left to sleep on the floor over night after a 12 hour wait to see a Dr. Not everyone can attend this Specialist Service but it demonstrates what could be moderately possible within our public system - we need to do better as a society for everyone in need. If you and your time is valuable and you can manage the fee then this is the place you need to attend.

My daughter visited Heal @ Maitland recently and we found the staff to be so friendly, professional, thorough on diagnosing my daughter. Their facility is exceptionally clean with a TV (&Netflix) in each room to keep the kids calm and occupied. They provides us with snacks, drinks etc whilst we waited. So fortunate to have a service like this available in our community. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic care and service from the time of arrival, through the iron infusion treatment and post treatment. The staff were super supportive and helpful and professional in every way No lengthy delays for my appointment time. Surgery and waiting rooms were spotless and inviting. Everything was explained fully and they were happy to answer all my questions. Tea and coffee was offered and staff very attentive. Quality care is most certainly their number one priority from booking appointments to post appointment care, with follow up tests and emails . Definitely worth the price, and was relieved to find out that if I had a referral from my Dr the procedure was cheaper and also a Medicare rebate does apply so was not such a dent in the pocket. I would definitely use this service again

I've visited Heal Urgent Care 3 times now. The first time with my daughter and then my husband.
After many years of spending countless hours in emergency departments, the only issue I have is that Heal wasn't around when my kids were babies.
All 3 times we were treated well and seen to quickly. The staff are lovely. It's pricey, but it's well worth it for peace of mind.
