I'm disappointed again. I came to my appointment with Dr. Sarita on time. Now, it is already 40 min late, and she has called another person. I am not even sure if I am going to be the next.
Every time when come here it is late and I wouldn't complain if just 15min.
Please Clinic, manage the patients better. They deserve their time to be respected. BTW it's 56 min late now!

I found this practice great, easy to book an appointment either by phone or online, the staff and Dr Sarithra' team are amazing, very comprehensive and easy to talk too about any health problems you have. Explains everything and easy to understand. Their is access to pathology on the side so you do not have to go elsewhere. Also great with children and any women's health issues.

Pretty useless place. Constantly late because they book appointment 10 minutes between each other to make more money which also means they are pushing people out quick to get through everyone. Once again to make more money. Doctor doesn't seam to be able to come up with new ideas or treatments it's the same thing everytime. Don't think they learn anything new or keep up with current and emerging treatments ?

I have been a patient of Dr Saritha’s for a few years and have found her very compassionate and understanding. I have had friends who have now changed to her. She always has time and never rushes you through a consultation.
The reception staff are also kind and friendly.

I was visiting from out of state for a funeral and required assistance from a nurse to administer my monthly migraine prevention injections that I take, without seeing a doctor but due to my fear of needles am not able to give to myself and this practice was able to assist me at no cost just sighting my Medicare card. All the doctors at heal medical centre and budgewoi medical are amazing. Very kind and compassionate whilst showing professional, thorough and supportive care. I’ve seen Dr Saritha as my primary GP for nearly 10 years. Dr Ajay and Harshul have also been our family doctors who are incredible. Dr Harshul and Dr Ajay are both very good with my children. I highly recommend all doctors at these practices for your health care needs!

Dr Saritha and her team provide excellent care. I don't feel rushed during my consultation. Dr Saritha takes the time to explain everything during the appointment, in a way that is easy to understand. My family have seen Dr Ajay and Dr Harshul for on the day appointments when we have been unwell, and they have provided excellent care to support us in recovering.
