My 9 yr old son has just completed 3 sessions with Philip to help him with his self esteem. We noticed small changes within days of our first visit, however it was in the week before our third visit that everything Philip had been reinforcing with him seemed to click. He said " I'm proud of myself" for the first time in years, and has continued to have self belief where there was only self doubt and self ridicule. He has even stopped biting his nails, which was a side benefit!!
Philip was relaxed, easy to speak to, made me has a mum feel at ease with the process.

My 9 year old son had three sessions with Phillip to help overcome anxiety and stress, as well as big emotions such as anger and deep sadness. This was overwhelming him and impacting on his ability to focus and learn at school and home.
After the first session we could see a big change, and now after all three sessions, my son is back to feeling happy, calm and relaxed. He is coping better at school and is able to recognise if he starts to feel overwhelmed, and can manage it well.
