Lachlan was recommended to me by a friend. I went to see him initially because I had severe pain in the back of my head when I worked out. My GP had no answers. So I thought I’d try Lachlan. He listened to my issue & all the other niggling issues I had. Using manipulation, lasers & massage over a few sessions he not only fixed my severe head pain but reduced my chronic sinus pain as well. I no longer have to live off medication for sinuses. I have since been diagnosed with degenerative arthritis in my lower back (due to work) which Lachlan helps me with. Lachlan doesn’t treat the bare minimum to keep you going to him, he helps to eradicate the pain. If he can’t help you he’ll refer you to someone who can. Lachlan is very knowledgeable & experienced. He is honest & friendly. I never thought an Osteopath could make such a difference to my wellbeing but Lachlan has helped me immensely.

I want to call out with facts. Lachlan doesn't have enough medical knowledge and goes by his few known ideas. I saw him a few months ago and after a couple of appointments, I felt worse. If you have a regular problem, then he might help you. I don't think he understands the problems that can be caused due to his manipulations, importantly neurological. Discuss with him thoroughly before treatment. This is not to harm his reputation, but stating my experience.

I discovered Lachlan about three years ago and his skill and knowledge has me committed to regular visits every few weeks for “my maintenance” as he listens and understands. I have lower back pain and neck pain since I was a teenager girl. For years, I feel I'm so trapped that no one could fix me, until I start seeing Lachlan. He's that type of the doctor who listens to you and understands your frustrations with lots of patience. Instant improvement after my first appointment. The advanced technology from laser machine gives me immediate relief.
Of course, there is no magic there. You won't get fixed for just one visit. You will also have to exercise the posture set daily - doctor makes suggestions during and after the appointment.

Lachlan at Head Above Osteo has really helped me manage my pain w Osteoarthritis in my knees, in addition to historical tendiopathies in my feet and heel. He has an excellent understanding of correct manual treatments, and I am painfree after regular laser sessions. I tried Shock Wave Therapy in the past, but found this too aggressive w my concerns.
