I recently had blood tests done at Haynes clinic lab twice three days apart. Naomi who did my blood tests was very gentle , on both occasions I never even felt the needle. She did an excellent job and she is professional and a very caring lady. Thank you Naomi !

Booked a phone appointment with Dr David last week. He didn't call me at 10:30 like booked and I had to call the reception over and over again until finally he called five hours later. Then booked another phone appointment this week and he failed to call me again. Receptionist did everything they could and where helpful but dr David is the worst doctor. He is Rude and does not care about his patients.

They charged me $70 then told me they would put the medicare rebate in for the claim, I waited over a week it did not come. I called and emailed they were very rude even though Medicare told me it was the medical centre issue and it had not been done correctly from their end. They refused to help and were just rude. My daughter was literally in there for 2 minutes and it has cost $70 and they will not assist with the claim.

If I could rate this place with no stars, I would.
The way the people in this place treat patients is purely on a business level (is it family-owned?). I came in to see Dr Herath because of symptoms of an unknown origin. I got treated with no empathy, and all my complaints were dismissed. I also was told, in her words, to "just live with it" because she assumed it was tinnitus. Thank you for wasting my time and money.

On the upside, the nurse I saw was a decent human being. Steer clear of this GP if you want to feel heard and seen.

3 visits and a scan and all Dr David can say is go back to my to my regular GP for cortisone injection that was his only advice what an absolute quack.
Will never return to this practice.

Have been a long time patient but my last phone consult with one of the drs left me feeling like they didn't care and couldn't be bothered with my medical care or health. They tried to charge me $70 for a 3 minute phone call.
When the manager called me I got no apology and was told it sounded like I'd had a bad day.

Takes hours to get a pre booked blood test done and they keep giving lower numbers to people walking in the door and they end up infront of you in the queue over and over again
