One of the best family practices in the Hawkesbury, very easy to deal with and service is always great, all the doctors are lovely including the beautiful manager they have there she is just lovely
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new family practice.
Also Aldo pizza is close by they are delicious pizzas

Dr Helen in incredible. I have a very medical complex 24 week premature baby and Dr Helen has been more helpful and more knowledgeable then any paediatrician I have seen. Management is fantastic and always able to fit me in if needed.

I have been attending HFP for over 20 years. I used to attend with my parents, and now I have a family of my own, I have to say that there is no other practice that I would trust my families health and well-being with.

We visit regularly, and appreciate the excellent care we receive each time. Our GP is amazing, and everyone is wonderful with our little one. Leanne the Practice Manager is attentive to our daughter and always tries to make sure that if our regular GP is on leave to recommend an alternative GP that our daughter will feel comfortable with.

I have been seeing Dr Helen Williams for more than half my life. She was there for the care of my parents and through their passing, and through the pregnancy and birth of our daughter.

Dr Helen Williams is more than just our GP. She is part of our family. Her knowledge, expertise and excellent bedside manner puts you at ease immediately.

HFP are more than a medical centre. They truly are a family practice and I couldn’t recommend them more.

Love this practice! I have been a patient of this practice, for more than 20years and now my children attend HFP with their children. All the staff are friendly, very helpful and caring. The doctors are amazing, at times you may not be able to see a particular doctor but there are always other doctors available.
I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Incredible service by all staff within the practice, reception ladies are always welcoming and facilitating to any request I have, I have just moved to the area and have been attending this practice for around a year now, Leanne the Practice Manager is an absolute dream to deal with, bringing her bubbly personality every time I attend, all Doctors I have dealt with are friendly, knowledgeable and open to listening to my issues or concerns I have had with my health. They follow a intricate process to ensure they are dealing specifically to the concerns I have ever raised, would highly recommend attending this practice! Well done HFP!!

Never disappointed with the service my family & I receive from the doctors/nurses.
The admin staff are always pleasant & helpful.
Whether in person or Telehealth I am able to get the help I need.
My kids are also accommodated for during any appointments which is a huge plus.

As a carer for my elderly 95 year old mother, her health can be up and down, there have been so many times where i have rung this practice for advice or urgent scripts, and every time they have helped my mum.
Dr De Silva, is the most compassionate, caring doctor i have ever dealt with, and as much as i would like to keep him a secret i cant!!
he has a true empathy towards elderly patients, that you just dont see much anymore.
And lastly, to the girls on reception! Carol ,Sue, Kris, Vera, Leanne you are truely the most amazing, efficient ladies!!!! special mention to Robyn, who goes above and beyond at the practice, nothing is ever too much trouble for her.
Bev, (nurse) there is nobody in the Hawkesbury that can give a needle as painlessly as you darling, your a spacial caring ladie, and my mum will not go to anyone else now, even if she has to wait.
