Rachel is absolutely amazing. Her tireless efforts made it possible to get my special script from Quorn, and then to my mate after hours, so that she could bring it up to Leigh Creek for me. Rachel went above and beyond even making sure I was registered in the pharmaceutical site to be eligible to all I needed to take my medicine. Thank you Rachel. You rock!!!

Pharmacist and staff were rude and gave outdated advice. I was refused an over the counter medication and told ‘tough luck’. Probably need more training in current policies and basic empathy…

Normally amazing!! However when I came In to grab a high demand medication for my diabetic father the woman pharmacist took one look at the script and said “nope don’t have it.” Extremely rude. No recommendations on where I can get it or even a estimate when it’ll be in stock. Won’t be coming back as I was treated like dirt on the bottom of her shoe.

Horrific chemist! Lost my brand new script for ropinirole after telling me they were out of stock. When I returned to asked for it they lied and said they did give it to me. I hope I’m not too sick while I wait for a new doctors medication and have to pay another $80

- you returned a script you couldn’t fill because it was a day early, NOT ropinirole. You returned the other script that was ALSO out of stock with the rest of my scripts. Feel free to contact me when you actually look for it.
