My previous GP at Haven, Doctor Alcid was fantastic for our entire family, he’s now left and the clinic didn’t advise us once of this change.

Since, I’ve had a replacement doctor tell me he needs to google what to do in regard to my pregnancy and my symptoms, this process took 4 hours. I’ve spent upwards of $300 in phone consults and visits that have lasted no more than 5 minutes, been passed around from public system to GP and with zero regard to my care. The offered solution was a referral to see a different GP who was able to do their job at a different clinic.

I have young children and work full time - if you want your health properly addressed and time respected, don’t come here.

We were very disappointed to hear that Dr Alcid and Grace have left the practice. They have looked after our entire family for many years in a friendly, professional manner. Even more disappointing was that there was as no communication with patients about them leaving the practice!! Just rang one day for an appointment to say they no longer work there. Not good to be left without your Doctor with no notice whatsoever!

Great location. Superb customer service. Caring doctors. Incredibly clean and located just across the big car park next to the bowling club with a ramp or stairs to the entrance. Some toys for the little ones are available. A TV and comfort seating is provided. The receptionist is so friendly she will make you feel at home. I got an appointment when I needed one and got the medical care I needed. The Doctors don't rush and take proper notes throughout the consultation. What a fantastic addition to Terrigal !

No communication re Dr Alcid leaving. Been ringing for the last 30 minutes during office hpurs (9 15 to 9 45 am) to change a scheduled phone appointment...and getting a recorded message to say phone during office hours!! Changing doctors. Different attitudes to customer service

Fantastic clinic. Dr Alcid has taken care of my toddler since we moved to the coast from Sydney, and is always caring and patient. The reception staff and nurses are also very lovely. I’ve always had a great experience attending this clinic, and the clinic itself is always very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

My Husband and I have never received such wonderful care as we have at Haven Medical Care.
I was saddened to learn today that Grace and Alissa have left, two amazing Staff.
However our personal Doctor ‘Dr. Siddharth Kamble’ MBBS FRACGP has always looked after us and is extraordinary.
I have also had visits with Dr Bernardito Alcid BSN MBBS MRCGP FRACGP and he is exceptional.
I’d recommend Haven Medical Care to all people living on the Central Coast and outside areas.
I have never had to wait for my appt. and have always been seen on time.
The desk staff are charming.
I thoroughly recommend
HAVEN MEDICAL CARE. 100%

One of the best clinics I've visited in Australia (I lived all over the country). From the receptionist Bronte, to the nurse Grace, to the doctor Siddharth.. each of them goes above and beyond and is exceptional in their field. Every visit is a pleasure. Both my husband and I and our kids go there.

Love Dr Sid and Dr Alcid. Reception staff are fantastic and make your feel very comfortable. Nurses are so patient and caring when it comes to my difficult-with-needles children. Professional and very thorough practice that are caring too. Won't use any other medical practice for our family!
