Very good clinic in my opinion. The doctor was expert and diagnosed quickly. the prescribed medicines worked very well.
I was skeptical based on some reviews about reception. Today it was not the case. The reception staffs were very helpful and kind! I have decided to make this doctor as our family doctor!

I am a student here and everytime I go to doctor I should pay alot for the prescribed medications. Although I expect that she ask me if it is ok to prescribe non-insured medications. Once I had even an appointment after one month for blood test and I went there and they easily told me we can not do it today and they gave me new appointment. They did not inform me in advance and they did not even apologize for that. The doctor does not take enough time to visit the patient. Although she nicely talks english.

Frau Hassanin ist eine kompetente Ärztin - wenn man denn zu ihr vorgelassen wird. Im Akutfall wird man auch als Stammpatientin nicht angenommen, egal wie schlecht es einem geht. Mitgefühl kennen die Damen an der Anmeldung nicht und das Wohl ihrer Stammklientel interessiert sie nicht. Da wird man - obwohl die Praxis geöffnet hat, zum Notdienst verwiesen. Kein Wunder, dass die Krankenhäuser aus allen Nähten platzen. Ich war das letzte Mal dort.

Die Arzthelferinnen sind meistens sehr freundlich. Die Wartezeiten sind schon sehr hoch. Auch wenn man einen Termin hat dauert es ca. 1h bis man dran kommt. Fr. Dr. Hassanin ist immer sehr kurz angebunden, hört nicht richtig zu und verweist einen immer direkt an einen anderen Facharzt. Ich wollte einmal spezielle Laborwerte kontrollieren lassen, aber es wurde nur ein kleines Blutbild abgenommen. Das gute ist, das es eine Notfallsprechstunde gibt und wenn man pünktlich da ist, kommt man auch zügig dran.

Bin hier seit Bestehen der Praxis Patient. Das Team der Mitarbeiterinnen am Empfang ist stets freundliche und hilfsbereit.

Termine werden vergeben und auch pünktlich eingehalten. Wer in der offenen Sprechstunde kommt, der sollte aber etwas Zeit einplanen.

Frau Dr. Hassanin ist eine sehr freundlicher und ruhige Ärztin und sehr kompetent. Nach Schilderung meiner Beschwerden wurde ich mit Verdacht auf Schlaganfall ins Krankenhaus eingeliefert, wo sich der Verdacht leider bestätigte.

Als Hausärztin kann ich Frau Dr. Hassanin weiter empfehlen.
