I went for my morphology ultrasound at this clinic and was extremely disappointed with the service. The radiologist refused to perform the scan, saying I was only 19 weeks and 4 days pregnant and not exactly 20 weeks. However, my midwife’s referral letter clearly stated that the scan could be done between 19–20 weeks. They declined at the last moment and asked me to go somewhere else, which caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

On top of that, they asked me to pay via bank transfer beforehand and did not refund me straightaway when they refused the scan. I had to follow up for several days to get my money back. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication was very disappointing.

Worst service I have seen ever. They take things so casually. Not acceptable, higher authorities should take action on the staff because of their unprofessional behaviour.

Dr. Kruti was very kind and caring during my ultrasound visit. She made me feel comfortable and talked to me with so much warmth. I really appreciate her gentle and friendly nature.

I had an ultrasound of my elbow and forearm. Report stated no tears or ruptures. I went to another doctor and asked for a second opinion because I had subcutaneous bleeding (bruise). Ultrasound at other imaging place showed clearly full thickness tear of distal bicep tendon. This failure to detect the issue is malpractice. I am glad I kept the report and will be seeking further legal advice in relation to how to address this malfeasance.

Worst Service Ever. 🤬
The waiting time is crazy. I booked an appointment for like 2.45 pm but my turn came around 3:45 like an hour later. It was urgent medical condition which was delayed like an hour. There was no any prior notice or information. Just have to stare and wait for my turn for like almost an hour.

Terrible experience and the worst customer service. I had my X-ray and ultrasound done 5 days ago, and I still haven’t received my report. Their excuse is, ‘The doctors are away; it’s holiday time.’ I can’t believe I still don’t have my report after 5 days, especially when they clearly said it would be ready in 24 hours. They are still unsure when it will be available. I will never visit this place again and definitely do not recommend it.

Rang and made an appointment and read word from word what the doctor required, only to come in and wait over 30 minutes to be told that they dont do this procedure here and I can go to another ultrasound area 40 minutes away. Cannot understand why they would say they could do it and then say they cant. Worst customer service ever

worst experience, unprofessional and rude behaviour.
we were there for pregnancy scan and didn’t even show us anything on the screen. ultrasound as well wasn’t clear so had to get another one done.
Also didn’t receive any message or imaging from them on my phone as told by the staff. would rate it even less than 1.
