I've been treated by Greg for some time now for various things. I cannot tell you how much knowledge this man has and most importantly, how to use it.

Going through treatment with Greg has always been comforting as he always explains what he is doing and what that is doing for your body. He has done nothing but help me, every time I've been. Including most recently, assisting me with recovery from a broken leg and surgery.

After being to see other therapists in the past, I now do not trust anyone else but Greg with my recovery.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH GREG HARRIS FROM HARRIS BODY THERAPY. rude, abusive, and has taken my money and not refunded.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Greg Harris and cannot recommend his services at all—in fact, quite the opposite.

During my massage, Greg was unprofessional, rude, and outright abusive. He berated me for not practicing the "Big 6" technique at home, a method he had promised to provide but never actually gave to my son or me. His massage technique was excessively rough, and his constant swearing, including frequent use of the C-word to describe people and things, was shockingly unprofessional and deeply unsettling.

When I expressed my discomfort and asked to stop, Greg became hostile and claimed to be offended. I felt so threatened and verbally abused that I asked to leave. It was an extremely upsetting and distressing experience. There was no sign of the "highly conscious" professionalism that one would expect from a massage therapist.

To make matters worse, I prepaid $2,400 for 10 treatments for my son and me because Greg said he didn’t have money. Greg now owes us $960 for the remaining sessions but, after four weeks, he has refused to refund the amount. I now have to take legal action to recover the $960 as Greg has made no effort to resolve this issue.

This behavior is completely unacceptable, both personally and professionally. I strongly advise anyone considering Greg's services to look elsewhere. This experience has left me shaken, uncomfortable, and at a significant financial loss, requiring additional time and effort to recover.

BEST MASSAGE! I’ve recently been seeing Greg for remedial and lymphatic massage and seeing great results. He’s super knowledgeable, has helped shift tension and fluid retention in my body that I’ve been struggling with for quite some time. Looking for someone who can actually help your body work better?

I can’t recommend Harris Body Therapy enough. After years of struggling with constant pain, fatigue, and random swelling, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. The usual response? “We don’t know what it is or how to fix it.”

But Harris took a different approach. He explained that my body systems—especially my lymphatic system—weren’t working properly. He said, “You’re clogged up and full of toxins,” which wasn’t easy to hear, but it gave me hope for real improvement.

And he delivered. After six months of therapy, I’ve had incredible results: less pain, better posture, easier movement, and noticeable changes in my body shape as trapped waste is broken down and cleared out.

What I love most is his practical, no-nonsense way of explaining things. He doesn’t just repeat what he’s heard—he shares what he knows from years of hands-on work.

If you’re looking for someone to help your body function better, I highly recommend giving Harris Body Therapy a try. It’s made a world of difference for me, and I know it can help others too!

This man single Handley SAVED MY LIFE!!!

Firstly working me through my emotional trauma
Depression, PTSD, chronic stress, toxicity, caused from long term DV and also losing my father at a very young age to now being a mum and business owner.
