I no longer go to any other pharmacies in the area. Whats the point when you have everything you need here, the parking is never a problem, they price match, and I am treated like a member of the family regardless of who's on staff that particular day! I trust the advice of the pharmacists here more than I do that of my local GP. Why is that? Because they listen and genuinely care that I and my family are getting the best medications for whatever ails us. They take more time asking questions and listening then my average doctor visit which often feels like I am being rushed along to make way for the next Medicare payment! As long as the current owner and management is in place I will never go anywhere else!

Horrible experience in this pharmacy last week with a member of staff who is pharmacy assistant working alongside the pharmacist at the dispensary Not only did she speak to me like I was a 4 year old, she rolled her eyes at me and was huffing and puffing when I questioned a prescription. I was so upset that when I went home and thought about how she spoke to me in front of my kids, I got back into my car, drove to the pharmacy and asked for my prescription that was held on file as a repeat to be given back to me. I told them I would never return to that pharmacy again The actual pharmacist was so apologetic and was so nice to be honest and knew that the assistant had been rude because when I went back in to get the prescription she knew exactly what I was referring to. Unfortunately the rude staff member had left when I returned lucky her as I was ready to give her a piece of my mind. Harrington Park Pharmacy needs to take a look at their customer service levels and that assistant , name I have and will not mention needs to be taken down a peg or two. Who the hell does she think she is. I imagine the previous two recent poor reviews on this page is possibly referring to this same person. It was disgusting carry on and one I will not tolerate. I think the owners need to have a staff meeting.

The worst pharmacy, rude staff, especially Tash. We are new to the area and would never call in again. Whether she was having a bad day or not you don't speak to your customers in that way. That being said, Hayley was not much better and I completely agree with what a recent customer said in their recent review, such rudeness. Went to Cincotta chemist shortly after and their staff were amazing. Although harrington park pharmacy is two minutes from our doorstep, I am happy to drive another 10 minutes to gregory hills to avoid staff like that!

Not impressed by the fact I was not offered the generic brand of medication I was buying; then when I questioned the price (it was double) I was told it's because it's a small independent pharmacy. When I got home I realised they had given me the brand name drug without even asking.

Let me clarify. On the 2nd visit i asked the pharmacy about the meds. On the first i was sold the product took it for a month and noticed side effects. Provide the medication on the script. If you dont have it discuss it with me dont just sell me what you have in stock!!

Terrible staff, very RUDE and not helpful. Past experiences also include being very over priced compared to other local chemists, supplying incorrect prescriptions, out of date prescriptions,pharmacist unable to answer simple questions about prescriptions he is handing out.
