After having an awful experience with receptionists at another practice, I have to say I had the opposite experience here. The doctor was great, very thorough and staff were lovely. 🙂

The most unhelpful reception staff I have ever dealt with. I’ve come away and forgotten my regular medication. I tried to seek assistance in obtaining another script, the receptionist responded with “absolutely no way” when I asked for an appointment, and in her words, “especially given I was from out of town”.

I imagine that Harrington would attract several tourists in holidays periods. Perhaps management need to counsel staff on how to deal with people, and how to extend common courtesy and assistance to people needing medical assistance.

I phoned your Taree practice following this, and I was met with the same rudeness. The Taree receptionist told me that “what usually happens is people prepare their medication before they go away”. Thanks for the tip. Extraordinarily helpful.

Wouldn’t recommend better off travelling or just going to hospital. I have tried them on multiple occasions to give them the benefit of the doubt because health care is hard but after a few visits definitely will NOT be back.

These people are the RUDEST receptionists I have ever encountered. If you don’t like people please work somewhere else. Someone else would be happy to be nice to the public.

Not the most considerate of youth based patients. I was struggling with a lot of pain. I was asked silly demeaning questions that had nothing to do with with me being there. Never got any further help with my unbearable condition.
