The team is amazing and it's my child's favourite activity each fortnight. The sessions are well planned and thoughtfully incorporate children's interests whilst still catering to their needs.

As a private client we have been really appreciative of the way in which the team works within our budget and suggests options for alternatives.

We have seen a turnaround in behaviour since starting. The therapists have also helped us to become better parents through helping us better understand the motivations for the behaviours we see.

Once we were in touch with Harpers, and found the right therapists that our son connected to, we soon felt the weight lifted off our shoulders and have seen a complete change (almost reset) in our son over the past 9 months. It is a collaboration of services, and committed staff- Admin through to Therapists- they all work together to give our son (our family) the best service and we highly recommend Harpers Health.

I've been taking my boys here for a couple of years now. I've always had a great experience, and I feel as single Dad it is sometimes hard to be heard. I feel heard. Can't recommend them more <3

I would once recommend these guys, now I recommend staying away. Disappointed. They don't follow their own complaints procedures and expect to use your paid time to resolve issues without letting you know their intentions. Their attitudes have changed with the expansion of their business. now they only see the $$$.
